L'alimentation est adaptée aux symptômes et tableaux de MTC.QI GONG: Consists of different exercises or movements that integrate breathing techniques, specific physical movements and postures as well as a focused mind in order to promote global circulation, maintain health, increase vitality and help the healing process.TUI NA : Techniques de massage sur points, méridiens ou zones du corps pour rétablir ou stimuler la circulation énergétique.
Acupuncture needles are extremely thin, and most patients describe the insertion as a sensation similar to a small mosquito bite. The feeling usually lasts only a brief moment and does not leave marks.Once the needles are placed, many patients experience a feeling of relaxation, calmness, or overall well-being during the treatment.
When an acupuncture needle reaches the desired point, some patients may feel a mild dull ache, tingling, warmth, heaviness, or a gentle sensation around the acupuncture point. These sensations are common experiences during acupuncture and may vary from person to person. Many patients find the treatment deeply relaxing.
The number of treatments depends on the severity of the condition, its progression and how long it has been present, and, above all, the patient's vitality. In acute cases, frequent sessions are needed. In chronic cases, treatments may be more spaced out and are administered to improve or stabilize the symptoms of the patient. The acupuncturist will be able to provide more details about the treatment after the first consultation or following a few treatments.
