Service Description

Please send us an email with your doctor’s prescription and your CNESST/SAQ document number before scheduling your first appointment. As required by the CNESST/SAQ, we must submit your information for approval prior to beginning the treatment. Thank you for your cooperation.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please message us as soon as possible 48 hours earlier so we can offer your appointment to someone else.
