Service Description
For CNESST patients, Please send us an email with your doctor’s prescription, your CNESST document number and the event date before scheduling your first appointment.
As required by the CNESST, we must submit your information for approval prior to beginning the treatment. Thank you for your cooperation.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please message us as soon as possible 24 hours earlier so we can offer your appointment to someone else.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, we’ll have to charge you a $50 fee. This is because we reserved that time and room specifically for you.
